Identifying and Developing a Gender and Inclusion Marker
The objective of the consultancy is to support ZOA in the selection of an existing gender and inclusion marker(s) or the development of a ZOA gender and inclusion marker(s). The marker(s) will be used by our program teams across 15 countries to assess the level of integration of GDI in projects against our ambitions. Internationally, ZOA will use the outcomes of the assessment for learning and to improve the quality of programming by meaningfully integrating GDI.
