Call for Proposals: Evaluation of ZOA’s Strategic Priorities (2023–2026)
ZOA is seeking qualified consultants or firms to conduct an external evaluation of the implementation of its strategic priorities under the Strategic Plan 2023–2026. This evaluation will play a crucial role in generating evidence-based insights to inform the development of ZOA’s next strategic plan.
The purpose of the evaluation is to assess how effectively the current strategic priorities have been implemented, identify key achievements and challenges, and capture lessons learned. It should also offer recommendations for improving strategic alignment, organizational effectiveness, and impact in the next strategic planning cycle.
The selected evaluator will be expected to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders and to apply a participatory and utilization-focused approach to the assessment.
Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal outlining their methodology, relevant experience, and a proposed timeline, among other things.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 14 July 2025 at 13:00 CET.
