This is how we work

The ZOA Code of Conduct outlines the standard of behaviour ZOA seeks to promote within the organisation and in the interaction with its stakeholders.

Code Of Conduct

Our standards of behaviour

The Code of Conduct applies to all contracted staff, volunteers, consultants, and others acting on behalf of ZOA. As an organisation, we wish to hold ourselves accountable to our main stakeholders. Therefore, we make our Code of Conduct available to all the people we work with, ranging from institutional donors and partners to projects participants. ZOA expects the following conduct:

We abide by the humanitarian principles

We uphold the humanitarian principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence in all we do.

We serve the interests of ZOA

We do not use our position for personal gain and are transparent about any conflict of interest. We uphold the highest ethical standards and reject all forms of fraud, corruption, and abuse.
