CEO

Chief Executive Officer of ZOA is mr. Johan Mooij.
In addition to serving as CEO to ZOA, Mr. Mooij holds the following, non-conflicting other offices:

• member of the board of EU Cord in Brussels
• member of the board of the Bakker de Jong Fonds in Zeist

Membership of EU-Cord is most valuable for ZOA. Closer connections with the EU and the boards of member organizations keep ZOA at the forefront of the information supply. ZOA is clearly positioned in the corresponding relations network and is thus better able to approach others about specific matters but is also more likely to be contacted.
All additional offices of the CEO are disclosed to the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board investigates whether any conflict of interest exists. The Board has determined that the additional activities of the CEO are perfectly compatible with his responsibilities for ZOA.
